All published articles are freely available to anyone to read, download, distribute, cite, and share without subscription or access fees. This policy aims to maximize the dissemination of knowledge in the fields of education, history, and culture, and to support collaboration among academics, researchers, practitioners, educators, and policymakers.

Edukara is also committed to upholding high standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. The journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in addressing issues such as research misconduct, data inaccuracies, duplicate publication, plagiarism, and other ethical violations. These principles apply to all parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher.
